TONED BIKINI
Healthy, feminine toned body with a fit appearance.

No Unnecessary hip, rib bone exposure

Muscularity, shapely legs with NO visible distinction between 4 quad muscles

No ribboning in the deltoid

No vascularity present in legs, abs or arms

Excessive dieting will be discouraged

Wellness Class
Will be judged on an athletically presented physique promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Ladies must showcase more muscularity in the glutes, hip and
thigh areas. The upper body must be developed and display a good level of fitness. However, emphasis must be on the lower half of the physique. conditioning and Presentation are essential and will be assessed by the judges. Stage presence , etiquette and tanning will form the foundations of all judging decisions.
Overall presentation including skin, hair, makeup and tan will be judged
BIKINI, SHOES AND JEWELRY
Short Class - Under 5ft4
Tall Class - 5f4 and Over
*Additional height classes will be based on demand
ATHLETIC FIGURE

More muscle & conditioning than Figure, but not overly built

All visible muscles of the quads should be prominent

Usage of height classes will be utilized based on number of athletes
Women's Physique
Will be judged on a feminine figure, with a more
muscular appearance and lower body fat.

Athletes will be expected to carry more muscle than the above classes, but still have symmetry, proportion, balance, condition.

** Heels are not required in the United States
Overall presentation including skin, hair, makeup and tan will be judged
BIKINI AND JEWELRY WILL NOT BE JUDGED - Heels are not part of the presentation in the USA
Based on demand, height classes will be added if required.

Tall Class - 5ft4 and Over
Men's Physique

All Men's Physique Classes will be judged on the Athlete having an athletic - appearance with, Muscularity, Symmetry, Balance & Proportions, Conditionina & Presentation

FIVE COMPULSORY POSES AND FOUR QUARTER TURNS

Stage presence, etiquette & tanning will form the foundations of all judging decisions

Every aspect of the Athlete's pertormance will be judged including skin tone & condition, hair & facial features.

Front-Facing- Double BI
*Left Side- Side Oblique
Rear-Facing- Double BI
*Right Side- Side Oblique
Abs & Obliques- Hands overhead Abdominals
*In side poses, the remaining hand can be on or off hips
Classic Bodybuilding
Classic Bodybuilding will be judged on, Muscularity, Symmetry, Balance & Proportions, Conditioning & Presentation.
Judges will reward physiques that best represent a graceful package with all muscle groups flowing from broad shoulders. Athletes should ideally be small at the waist & have powerful legs that tie in & complement the upper body.
Individual posing routines are to be judged - based on usage of compulsorily poses and transition poses choreographed to music to display the physique to its fullest.
6o second posing routine (Athlete should bring music)
In larger groups the classes may be split into
Tall & Short Classes. (additional height classes may be added if needed)
Short Class: Up to 5 feet 8 inches
Tall Class:
5 feet 8 inches and over
Bodybuilding Classes

All men's bodybuilding classes are judged with muscle development, symmetry, balance, proportions, overall condition and a complete package w skin tone / condition and tan cover taken into consideration.

All competitors must remember that presentation is a major factor to how your physique viewed

First Timers - Any athlete who has never competed before.
Novice - No placement in the top 3 in any show
Masters - over 40 and over 50
Short -Up to & including 5'6"
Medium - Over 5'6" & including 5'10"
Tall -Over 5'10
